LightHub End User License Agreement

LightHub is provided free of charge for personal and commercial photo editing use.
The publisher grants users a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the LightHub application on compatible devices.
Except where permitted by applicable law or by the licenses governing included open-source components, users may not redistribute, sublicense, or commercially distribute modified copies of the proprietary components of LightHub without prior written permission.
Open-source components
LightHub incorporates components from LightCraft, developed by the ArtCraft Team and contributors, and distributed under the MIT and Apache License 2.0.
These components remain governed by their respective open-source licenses. Nothing in this agreement restricts the rights granted by those licenses.
Additional third-party components and assets remain subject to their respective license terms and attribution requirements.
LightHub is provided subject to applicable consumer protection laws and statutory rights. Nothing in this agreement excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
